God made us to be in relationship

But for those of us who have been rejected, neglected, betrayed, abused, brainwashed, etc, especially by those who are supposed to “have our backs” it just feels easier to keep up the self-protecting, isolating, ” I don’t need support” status quo.  Better to stay lonely and misunderstood than to risk being hurt right?  (So the enemy whispers in your ear)

We often don’t have a close relationship with God, have the word in our hearts and minds, etc so we don’t have the discernment to know who is safe.
We often don’t have a close relationship with God, have the word in our hearts and minds, etc. so we don’t have the discernment to know who is safe.

Add the world’s pressure to “belong” through body changes, mental projections that everyone judges me (even if they are judging Jesus has comfort for you for this and safe people can teach you not everyone cares what you look like and aren’t the people from the past that hurt you) and the demonic patterns of lack of boundaries and codependency, it IS hard to make the courageous choice to share and learn with others.

If you are looking for a space to Overcome Rejections and Heal Wounds from our “people”  and fears from the patterns of this world so that chronic food, body image and trauma reactions can healed through:

1)  Releasing OUGHT (forgiveness is not enough) against others and self-rejection and self-reliance
2)  Godly sorrow — it hurts God most when we don’t love him, others or ourselves
3)  Releasing negative, untruthful, religious or repetitive thoughts that we continually come into agreement with
4)  Repentence (stop and turn around) so that the Holy Spirit can heal
5)  Scripture and Prayer
6)  Praise so that the enemy has to pay
7)  Learning to stop performing with people, be authentic and boundaried

If you are desiring a space to grow in relationship with women putting God first place in their recovery from chronic food and weight worries, we are here to serve.

Here is how you can join the Soul Care Group

1)  All born again believers that are already in care with Tracy Brown and team or in the Peaceful Eating Community are welcome.

2)  If you are not a client or in the Peaceful Eating Community but desire to be a part of this community, please book a free call so we can assess together if you have enough support outside of our Soul Care Community to thrive nutritionally and are willing to make the time to be in study outside of meetings.

This community meets a 2X/month on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays at 10am ET via Zoom.

Call will last between 60-90 minutes.

I know life has been tough; welcome to a space where we are serious about being tethered to the Lord and helping each other keep that the focus.  God LIKES and LOVES you!
